Returns & Exchanges
At Baltic Born, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a Baltic Born E-Gift Card for the return value.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and attach the label to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Process
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
